Sales revenues of companies increased by 33 per cent and their balance sheet total by 22 per cent in 2022 - interactive charts for non-financial corporations have been updated

The interactive charts showing business accounting data for domestic non-financial corporations by activity and size have been updated with data for 2022. Based on individual company accounts, the publication presents non-financial corporations’ main business accounting data by size and activity for the period 2016-2022. Among other things, the newly published data show that in 2022, the largest increase in balance sheet total (108 per cent) was in the extraction of crude oil and natural gas activity, and the largest increase in revenue (185 per cent) was also in this sector.
