Main economic and financial indicators

The purpose of the publication is to present changes in the key macroeconomic variables in a monthly breakdown from 1995. The summary table contains the key economic indicators, such as the volume index of gross domestic product, consumer price index and the unemployment rate. In addition, the table also contains the current account balance, the amount of foreign direct investments in Hungary and households’ net financial worth. The data include the volume index of the M0, M1 and M3 monetary aggregates, the balance of international reserves and the monthly level of the HUF/EUR exchange rate.
