Supervisory data of independent intermediaries under the Credit Institutions Act

The source of the data is the semi-annual supervisory reports submitted electronically by independent intermediaries within the meaning of the Credit Institutions Act (brokers / multiple agents / multiple special intermediary, not including the agents engaged in the intermediation of hire purchase loans, specified in Section 69 (7) of the Credit Institutions Act, not obliged to submit such data).
